Lead Coach Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience playing competitive soccer
- Previous coaching experience is required
- College degree
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable team player
- Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills
Coach Qualifications:
- Experience playing high school, club, college, or professional soccer
- High school diploma
- Passion for working with children
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable team player
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
Day Care Personnel Qualifications:
- Experience playing high school, club, or college soccer
- Interest in working with children
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable team player
- Previous babysitting or daycare experience is a plus
